How McCain't can spin the latest clothing debacle

In politics, it's all about perspective. Here are some ideas for John McCain on how he and his peeps at the GOP can spin the latest Sarah Palin clothing oopsie.

Sarah Palin's entire clothing budget for two months is only HALF the amount of money Cindy McCain spent on ONE dress, so it can't be THAT much money.

This is charity! Sarah Palin can't clothe her brood OR her dude in the style they deserve on the measly amount she earns from the Governor's office in Alaska. With this latest donation, Gov. Palin can now take her daughters to even more events across the country courtesy of the GOP and Alaskan taxpayers.

You can't make an omlet without breaking a few golden eggs.

Shopping at Saks or Neiman Marcus in NYC was a part of a fact-finding trip into one of the most notorious anti-Amercian parts of America.

The Obamas earn MORE than $150,000 a year. So NOW who is all rich and snooty?

The government is SUPPOSED to give money to the Republicans and the rich. Isn't that like the whole point of the constitution? I mean, why even HAVE a government unless it can give rich people clothes and stop the gays from getting all "legal"?

Oh yeah? How about that $400 haircut John Edwards got a year ago? Huh? Who's with me on this?

Have you SEEN the clothes? TOTALLY worth it!

Sending that assistant to make the purchases kept him away from masterminding more "robocalls", so really the shopping trips was a way of PROTESTING AGAINST the automated phone calls that she hears that some people somewhere may not like.

If she can wave her magic wand (which, by the way, is TOTALLY Satanic but she's trying to appeal to the Disney fanatics out there) and magically sit down at THE kitchen table with voters all over the nation, wouldn't they want to admire her clothes and then "blue-sky" over some catalogs and help Sarah choose her Inauguration outfit? I mean, talking about the Economy all the time is depressing, so it doesn't make for good conversation when visiting.

It's for CHARITY!
