An apparent Obama supporter attacks McCain supporter Ashley Todd and carves letter B into Todd's face.
Well two themes here, evidently Obama supporters are really gung-ho about that "spread the wealth" idea of Barack Obama's, and Democrats tend to be less happy people than Republicans are, by a larger margin than ever before
First off, a 20 year-old woman, Ashley Todd of College Station and a McCain supporter, Texas, was robbed for $60 dollars after she used an ATM machine. The Obama supporter approached Ashley Todd putting a knife to her throat and demanded $60.00 from her.
How do we know the assailant was an Obama supporters? Well, glad you asked!
After seeing Todd's car has a McCain/Palin bumper sticker, the thief became enraged and then punched and kicked her, then took his knife and carved the letter "B" into her face, according to Pittsburgh police spokeswoman Diane Richard.
The man also had angry things to say about McCain and Palin before starting to carve Todd's face up.
Ashley Todd handed the man $60 she had in her pocket and stepped away from him, investigators said. The man then noticed the bumper sticker on the woman's car, which was parked in front of the ATM. The man became very angry, made comments to Todd about John McCain and punched her in the back of the head, knocking her to the ground, police said.
"He continued to kick and punch her repeatedly and said he would teach her a lesson for supporting John McCain," said police Chief Nate Harper.
The robber is described as a dark-skinned black man, 6 feet 4 inches tall, 200 pounds with a medium build, short black hair and brown eyes. The man was wearing dark colored jeans, a black undershirt and black shoes.
I guess that "spread the wealth" thing is real popular with Obama supporters.
The Obama campaign issued a statement condemning this attack.
On another note, perhaps the reason why we notice so much consistent anger from Democrats is explained by the latest Pew Research report.
Pew Research just came out with a report showing that Republicans are happier people than Democrats.
Well, Republicans are different from Democrats. How so? Let us count the ways.
* They have more money.2

* They are more religious.4
* They are healthier.5
* They are more likely to be married.6
* They like their communities better.7
* They like their jobs more.8
* They are more satisfied with their family life.9
* They like the weather better.10

* They're more likely to feel that individuals - rather than outside forces - control their own success or failure.13
* They have more of what they most value in life. (No, it's not money).14
Explains so much, doesn't it?

There's no security camera footage of this attack in spite of the fact that there are security cameras all around the area. The police say they are investigating "all angles". Be careful what you say because if it turns-out this woman is a total liar you will look like an idiot.

- A "B" is etched very neatly and backwards on her face. Why it appears backwards can be explained easily enough. Why she doesn't attempt to fight back while someone allegedly takes their time to etch it can not.

At least Obama supporters don't run around hanging McCain effigies upside down from trees. From the day mcshame wasn't in the 'cone of silence' up until today, he's attacked Obama on a daily basis with false rumors designed to target the uneducated and ignorant, along with phony 'Joe the plumber' stories. This entire story reeks of being unlikely. While it's possible and won't be proven, I wouldn't put it past McCain or this girl to stage this. All the girl has to do is scratch a fine B into her face. Then show up after dark at a deserted ATM machine, call the police and claim she was attacked. If she had any previous bruises that would only help to further back it up. But even that wasn't needed.
The police must do a report. She did refuse medical assistance. But funny how the picture ends up on the internet and hate filled writers like the OP of this article show up within hours. You can't say that was accidental. Also, it's unlikely the 'attacker' would be able to carve a nice neat letter B on her. But more unlikely is that someone during a robbery would even think, "wow, I better mark a B on her face because I noticed her bumper sticker is from McCain". And she happens to work for McCain. Wow, what a coincidence. I NEVER said this didn't happen, but I am saying it's VERY suspicious and points back the possibility that she may have wanted this media attention.
But in going over this articles hideous attempt to generalize MOST Obama supporters as Black, angry attackers who don't like the sentiment 'spread the wealth', it only shows how ignorant McShame supporters are to even believe Obama is a socialist. Did they ALL fail economics? It doesn't take an IQ over 60 to figure out that McLiar fabricated that statement along with the lie that Obama would raise taxes. Of course he left out only 3% of people would have their taxes raise in a small amount. mccain also left out that he's raising taxes indirectly with health care. mccain offering to buy up all the failed mortgages has been hailed as socialism by senior republicans.
In short. McCain is losing, and there are bunch of sore losers on the net trying to stir up trouble, as usual.

There's no way to quantify happiness. All this shows is that republicans REPORT happier.
That may be, for example, because they're completely deluded. It may be because they simply like saying that they're happy. The latter wouldn't surprise me considering we're talking about a wealthy group of people raised on the "power of positive thinking," Anthony Robbins garbage.
On another note, maybe this level of privileged "happiness" might cause a young Republican to believe she has the right to make up whatever ridiculous story she likes?

Check out the screenshot of her twitter feed over at the wonkette. apparently her facebook had a blip about the joys of lying. but, the police have their hands on camera images of nearby businesses, so, we'll see.
if true, i feel for the girl. but, the twittering thing is just a little too much. i mean, she's not familiar with the area. and she's twittering while driving about finding an atm?

Do we really have time to debate over such stuff that will not be in the history books. Anyway, when you take a picture sometimes it seems inverted when you view it on the computer or even on the film. Open up your paint application and flip the picture horizontally...the carved "B" will be on the right cheek and it will not be backwards or look like its on the girls left cheek! It is funny how we see things when we only look at the part of the picture (think of a mirage), we just need to look at the whole picture...to really see what we need to see. I don't know whether to believe the girl..but I am giving her the benifit of doubt. Things are going to get crazier as time goes on, and with that note my friends...read between the lines. I just feel sorry for this girl if she truely was a victim of circumstance. I truely hope she is telling the truth, otherwise the left media will eat her alive. Which makes me sick!

The is B is backwards! Unless you are looking into a mirror and etching it on yourself! This will be exposed as a scam. I work in an ED and witness many "cuts." That superficial abrasion looks gently applied, and she would have to have remained completely still during the episode. Keep the public updated on this one! I smell a lie! Look at the eye, have you ever been punched by a 6'4" 200# man...you would look much worse my friends. I live in this area, and I just drove down this street approx 9pm. Very, very crowded!

While it is clear that she was attacked, police are "puzzled" by the fact that the "B" on her face is backward. I'm not puzzled by it. That's what happens when you mark yourself in a mirror. Sorry, but she is drumming this up to get publicity, and she's caught by anyone who might have read Sherlock Holmes or even Nancy Drew.
I feel sorry for her, but to try to blame this on a black Obama supporter is terrible. Good thing she wasn't smart enough to make it an "O" for Obama. Nice try, but it just shows you that some people will do ANYTHING to win.
