Liskula Cohen's Lawsuit Vs. Google Over Skanks In NYC Blog

The blogger posted on 'Skanks in NYC' calling Cohen a 'skank' and an 'old hag' they also called her the 'No.1 skanky superstar'.

Liskula is a bit upset about this so she has filed a defamation suit in the Manhattan Supreme Court, seeking a court order compelling Google and its Blogger.com subsidiary to identify the person who led the vicious Internet assault against her.

Cohen's lawyer, Steven Wagner says, "We think we have a case. This is libelous, it's defamatory and you shouldn't just get away with this." But also admits it could be difficult as the New York courtsh ave been unwilling to reveal the identity of past bloggers.

"She's quite upset," said Wagner.
