Many watched the Daily Show last night as John Stewart was grilling Jim Cramer for misleading the people and the investors for the past years. I have never seen Jim Cramer in such a pity situation than in this show.

Cramer is very wrong, no question about that. Jon Stewart asks very brave questions and doesn't really look like a comedy.

However, while don't justify Jim Cramer he has a point in one aspect. Where are the indictments for these people who mislead people and the investors?

Stewart says "you knew what the banks were doing... and now to pretend that this was some kind of crazy once in a life time tsunami coming is disingenuous at best and criminal at worst."

However, let's see at least one point that Jim Cramer may be right. Replies by saying "I want indictments, we have not seen any indictments." Even Stewart acknowledges that Jim should not be the face of this and be a scapegoat.

True this entire mess was happening in front of our eyes. We did we and the authorities miss it? How did we miss this great wrong doings that got us into this mess?

How fair is it to blame the mortgage owners and foreclose their houses. Even an honest mortgage payers who are barely making the ends meet are having hard time to pay their mortgages and less faith about tomorrow.

So let's really get to the bottom of what happened and, while I am not favoring nationalization, I do favor some good public or government regulation, or call it an oversight, to regulate the markets and bring back investor's faith in Financial Reporting and corporate earnings reports.
