Reports are coming from Binghamton, NY that the gunman that has started the shooting is dead. However, it's not known if there were multiple gunmen. Apparently the gunman has parked the car on the street corner to block the building. That's how the authorities have tracked down the gunman and confirm that the Binghamton shooting gunman is dead. "We are asking everyone to avoid areas of Main and Front St. in downtown Binghamton following an incident at the Civic Association. As a precautionary measure, University police were dispatched to the Downtown Center, which is a secure facility and not located near the scene of the incident."
