
A new release from the Maersk line says that the captain of the Maersk Alabam and its crew will return to USA late tomorrow evening.
Maersk Line, Limited today announced that Captain Richard Phillips and the crew of the Maersk Alabama are expected to return to the United States late on Wednesday, April 15, 2009 on a chartered flight from Mombasa, Kenya.
The aircraft will land at Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland. A precise arrival time will be communicated once the aircraft has taken off.
Media interested in covering the arrival (photo opportunity only) should RSVP to the 316th Wing, Public Affairs Office, at Andrews Air Force Base at 301-981-5411. No RSVPs will be taken after 4 p.m., April 15.
Captain Phillips and the crew will be reunited with loved ones at Andrews AFB in a private reception area that will be closed to the media.
