Facebook Money Made By Application Developement

It was reported by SmartMedia, that some Indie developers managed to pull in USD $700,000 in ads revenue in the month of December last year from the Facebook applications that was developed by them.

The ads revenue was actually spread over of the company’s Facebook applications, but the company has very few highly productive developers only. SMartMedia did not wanna disclose what the name of the company is.

Rumor also tells that big social application developers like PlayFish (Playfish.com), SGN (sgn.com), Zynga (zynga.com) managed to pull in USD $1 million a month in advertising revenue. So if you wanna get rich by developing applications, perhaps you shall start eyeing on social apps for Facebook or the next big thing that may come on later.
