PM of Israel Binyamin Netanyahu speaks of Demilitarized Palestinian state side by side with Israel, but says Jerusalem is the United capital of Israel.

First Israel's prime minister said "There are three central issues - Iran threat, economy and peace process."

Netanyahu, speaking of the very controversial issue of the Jewish settlements says "Settlers aren`t enemies of peace, they are our brothers and sisters."

Speaking of the Palestinian state he said the future state should be demilitarized if we are to achieve peace. "We do not want a Palestinian state that can become a terrorist base." But Netanyahu also said we want the two peoples to live side by side in peace. He said "Palestinians must choose between the path of peace and that of Hamas."

The Jerusalem Post headline reads "Netanyahu: I share Obama's vision for regional peace." This is a message to the West and to Obama. Many have viewed this speech as response to his last meeting with U.S. president Barack Obama. Jpost goes on writing that PM says he's willing to meet any Arab leader, even in Riyadh.
