When an ambulance is going with flashing lights it has the right of the way. When a trooper is going for a back up it has the right of the way too. However, can trooper stop an ambulance for the right of the way?
It seems that lately men in uniform are getting into trouble and while at it they get recorded in video. Watch this video, Trooper Stops Ambulance, and tell me what you think of it.
Cops are getting a lot of attention lately because of the things they are involved with. Here is the video Trooper Stops Ambulance, watch it and tell me if what the cop did is right. We all know that the job of cops is not easy, but my goodness, stopping an ambulance and doing something really really uncool, asks Pastilan from My Freedom Wall Blog.
ABC reports on trooper, who stops ambulance.
"During a routine police call May 24, Trooper Daniel Martin passed an ambulance but minutes later returned to pull it over. Martin was upset because he said paramedic Maurice White failed to yield and even made an obscene gesture.
"But White had a different account of the incident. "He was assaulting a paramedic in the act of carrying out his duty. At this point the trooper became even more enraged," he said."
If there was a problem the police should have resolved the matter later by filing a report, not by risking the patient life for whom each minute is important. Perhaps the country needs a legislation on whether police can or can't stop the Ambulance.
