L.A. Accepts Donations To Defray Michael Jackson Cost

The donations are tax deductible.

L.A authorities have released the following information on the official website of the City of Los Angeles on how it accepts donations and where can people send donations to help the city with the mounting cost associated with Michael Jackson's funeral service.

"Donations are being accepted to help defray the costs of providing public safety, traffic control and related costs associated with the Michael Jackson Memorial at the Staples Center. Please submit your donations by check payable to: 'City of Los Angeles".
