Verizon Wireless will carry this holiday shopping season two new phones from Samsung. They are Samsung Rogue and Samsung Intensity. The announcement came this morning, but the bloggers have already started their reviews of Samsung Rogue and Intensity phones.
Samsung Rogue price with a two year contract is $199.99 dollars. However, currently there is an online discount available at Verizon.com making it $99.99. You need to search in the website putting your zip code to see if Samsung Rogue or Samsung Intensity are available in your area.
Features of Samsung Rogue include Chaperone, Email, Camera V Cast, a QWERTY keyboard, a removable memory and speakerphone. Not to mention about a text messaging option and instant messaging. Do not do SMS or messaging while you are driving.
The camera on Samsung Rogue is 3.0 Megapixel. The phone is capable for mobile broadband and Buetooth.
The Samsung Intensity screen is 2.1. It is not a touch-screen phone and has a standard numeric keypad below the display.
In its Samsun Rogue and Samsun Intensity review CNET writes "With slider designs and full alphabetic keyboards, the Intensity and Rogue are geared toward messaging. The Rogue, which resembles the Samsung Impression, is the more sophisticated of the two. It offers a 3.1-inch touch screen with Samsung's TouchWiz interface."
