The members of the Chamber of Commerce had a dinner meeting at Kavkaz Restaurant, located in Southern part of Charlotte in Stallings. After sharing a good ethnic European and Armenian meal the came outside and officially cut the red ribbon.
The owner of the Kavkaz Restaurant Sargis Ivanov and his wife Flora welcomed the members of the Chamber and said the Restaurant staff and the management are very happy to join the Union County Chamber of Commerce and are looking forward to grow together in this exciting journey. Union County is the fastest growing county in the nation as Charlotte, NC has enjoyed a remarkable growth in the past few years.
In the meanwhile the restaurant is going forward with its goal of being one of the top unique ethnic restaurants in and around Charlotte. Today the management welcomed it's new Chef Mr. Haroutiun Haroyan, who traveled from Los Angeles to take on the position of the top chef at the restaurant Kavkaz in Charlotte. Haroyan has been in charge of some top restaurants in Los Angeles and Las Vegas where he has earned a reputation of a top Gourmet Food Chef specializing in Eastern European and Middle Eastern food, as well as Armenian, which is his native country.
Kavkaz Restaurant features live music every Saturday night and the geographical spread of its customers range from Hickory to Rallegh and from Columbia in South Carolina to Myrtle Beach.
