New Zealand Wants England For 2010 World Cup Draw

New Zealand representative indicated that his country would like to get England in the FIFA's World Cup Draw for the 2010 final games. New Zealand thus, hopes to raise its country's football profile.

Brian Turner, who is New Zealand's assistant coach, made the following revealing words reported by FIFA's World Cup draw live coverage.

"I've just been speaking to Ricki [Herbert] on the phone and we've both said that we want England. We know it would be a difficult match, but it would be great for the profile of the game in the country. We're desperate to build upon our qualification to the World Cup both on and off the field."

A little bit more than one hour time is left for the FIFA's 2010 World Cup Draw to begin in Cape Town, in South Africa. The big soccer draw starts at 7PM Local Time in South Africa.
