
Alfa Inmobiliaria, a real estate company based in Spain, today announced that it will double its sales force in Mexico opening 30 new stores throughout the country seeing a growth in the country. Now Alfa will have 60 stores in Mexico. It opened its first story in North America in 2006.
According the Spanish language newspaper El Mundo, Alpha Real Estate plans to open 30 new offices in Mexico this year. The real estate brokerage firm plans to open the 60th stories by the year end seeing an opportunity in the Mexican commercial and residential markets.
According to the company's estimates Mexico will have a record housing growth between now the the 2015. It is expected that nearly 650,000 houses will be built in the country per year during this period of time, which in turn shows the potential of the country's housing market, shows the data provided by SOFTEC. This will create new jobs, making it a circle of growth.
After opening its first Mexican office in 2006, Alpha signed a franchise agreement with the S Inmo Caribbean making it responsible for developing its Mexican network of Alpha Real Estate in Mexico. Then, recently Alfa Inmobiliaria held its first convention of franchisees.
In Spain, the company said it plans to return to profitability this year. New office reopening will resume after being stopped by the recent crisis that heat the Spanish real estate and property markets.
