Michael Jackson's Furniture is Up for Auction in London

Julien's Auctions released an information that it will auction Michael Jackson's custom made furniture among other personal belongings of the mega star. It also announced the exact date.

Michael Jackson's furniture will be auctioned on June 25 of 2010. Julien's auction was actually going to auction some of Jackson's belongings last year. However, it was canceled because of Michael's abrupt departure.

Now, as part of the "Music Icons" summer auction Julien's will auction Michael Jackson's custom made furniture. It will take place at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino Las Vegas on Friday, June 25th.

This will be an opportunity for fans and interior designers to see how Michael Jackson's home would look like with this Colombostile collection of furniture made for Michael Jackson. The three day auction will feature a selection of twenty-two exquisite furniture lots commissioned by Michael Jackson for his planned residence in Kent, England, during the “This Is It” concert series in London; the concert that never took place.

The auctioneers will display the furniture in such a design way that will create the replica of how they would be displayed in Michael Jackson's home in Kent, UK. This recreation of Jackson's Kent home will be shown at Newbridge Silverware's Museum of Style Icons in Ireland from Tuesday, March 16th – Sunday May 30th and at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino Las Vegas from Monday, June 14th – Friday, June 25th.
