BP oil leak may finally come to an end soon as the British Petroleum is succeeding in using the one mile long tube to siphon the oil out of the leaking pipe.
BP is saying it succeeded in inserting a six inch wide pipe into a 21 inch leaking pipeline. The first attempt yesterday was not successful. It's very hard to do so 5,000 feet below the surface.
With the help of a deep sea robot BP inserted this six inch hose into a 21 inch pipeline, which BP says will such the 85 percent of the leaking oil.
On the other hand the U.S. Coast Guard said it started using dispersant to disperse the oil and not allow the leak to surface. Using the dispersant is less damaging to the environment than allowing the leaking oil to surface.
"Kent Wells, BP's senior vice president for exploration and production, said during a news conference that the amount being drawn was gradually increasing, and it would take several days to measure it. Company spokesman Mark Proegler at the joint spill command center in Louisiana had initially said the tube was containing most of the oil coming from the pipe, which is contributing an estimated 85 percent of the crude in the spill," AP reports.

#1 I can fix the bp oil leak
I can solve the bp oil leak! Here is how you do it. Plant 9 loads of C4 explosives about 225 feet below the sea floor around the leaks. Detonate the explosives similtaniously. The implosion effect and the weight of the earth combined with the pressure of the ocean will seal the leak. Joe z Plumber from poo dunk Idaho
