As the EU leaders start their summit to select top three jobs Javier Solana, the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs is stepping down. He says he is a convinced European and after being on the position for 15 years he thinks the position has to change as EU is turning a new chapter ahead of very exciting changes.
This man has been the face of the EU for about about 15 years. Solana says he will work for the same European ideals from a different position. He will give advise to the new EU top foreign minister, but not in public, rather in private, sharing his experience.
