Lisbon Treaty To Go In Force After Klaus Signs It

The European Union may see a new president sometimes around December 1 or by the year end if the EU's Lisbon Treaty is signed by the Czech president Vaclav Klaus. It is expected to be soon after the Czech constitutional court in Prague cleared the legal hurdle toward the presidential signature and ratification.
