Barack Obama today said that there has been a failure in the system when the U.S. government had an information about a suspected person and has not shared or not acted upon that information. He said a "systemic failure" has occurred.
Who is going to be responsible so that this failure does not happen next time? Nearly 300 people almost died because of the systemic failure.
How the system failed to put the suspect's name on a "no fly" list?
