Could selling leads directly to MLS members cripple the larger more well known companies like Trulia or even Realtor dot com?
What are your thoughts, and why?
I am not advocating paying for the leads I currently get for free, but what if I were able to get "better leads" to a targeted audience if I were willing to pay for them? What if I could do this all while strengthening the financial health of our association while hurting the larger (less quality) lead providers?
