As Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt speeds through the streets and sights of London, he is using his Visa card to buy things along the way.
Visa is using the 60+ seconds television ad to tout the ease and usefulness of its card when you don't have much time to spare.
When first seen in the ad, Usain Bolt is dressed in a suit and tie waiting for his luggage just like any other airline passenger who arrives in London. He spies a fellow traveler biding his time on the other side of the luggage carousel.
When the man decides to challenge Bolt in a race to get into the city from what appears to be Heathrow International Airport, the video starts to look like an episode of "The Amazing Race."
Bolt begins to shed his formal clothes, as he buys a t-shirt, shorts, running shoes to make his run a bit more comfortable. His challenger uses his own Visa card to hail a taxi and buy a bike to try, to get a ticket on a speed boat and then a helicopter.
Nothing he does keeps him apace with the World and Olympic gold medal winner, but a viewer gets to see some of the best places in London to visit.
Usain Bolt, 25 is the reigning Olympics winner in two individual categories, the 100 and 200 meter races as well as the 4 x 100 relay. He is the current World champion in the 200 meter and 4 x 100 relay. Image: Wikimedia Commons
