Unisys Joins Forces with Oracle

Unisys Corporation today announced that it is advancing its offerings to help clients modernize their enterprise IT assets through a far-reaching expansion of its global alliance and joint programs with Oracle. This is the first joint initiative between the two companies focused specifically on standards-based modernization solutions.

The alliance and related programs focus on addressing clients' most pressing enterprise business requirements with combinations of business process, application and infrastructure modernization services and products that leverage key industry standards.

The alliance benefits both new and existing clients by capitalizing on key elements from both Unisys and Oracle solution portfolios:

- The Unisys 3D Visible Enterprise (3D-VE) approach and the comprehensive Unisys Modernization Solution Portfolio for critical areas such as business process, application and infrastructure modernization on industry-standard platforms

This alliance expansion also advances the Unisys strategy to help clients modernize enterprise environments, complementing the recent addition of modernization enhancements to the Unisys Open and Secure Integrated Solutions (OASIS) suite of open source software.
