Bon Appetit tapped into the minds (and taste buds) of America to create the 10th Annual Readers' Survey, published in the March 2007 issue. The survey provides an inside glimpse at what Americans are eating, drinking, buying and thinking about food.

* 56% of respondents would replace their linens over everything else in their kitchen (7% would replace wineglasses; 14% would replace flatware; 16% would replace china)
