The media had reports that Aftek Limited is planning to sell a part of its real estate. The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the officials of the company.
Aftek Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "We wish to inform that the aforesaid news item is a baseless rumour and is totally incorrect. Further, we wish to clarify that presently we have three software centers at Pune on leasehold basis. We also have our Corporate Office in Mumbai which is owned through our wholly - owned subsidiary company.
