Otto Klicher is known by his family and friends to be a little outside-of-center when it comes to his way of looking at life. Tonight, on the Discovery Channel’s Alaska: The Last Frontier, Otto has a chance to discuss his views.
According to the Discovery Channel:
Cattleman Otto Kilcher sees life a little differently. Some people think he's crazy, but he'll tell you it's just his willingness to accept whatever life brings him. Otto's sense of humor is infectious and his ingenuity inspires family and neighbor alike.
“Life According to Otto” airs on the Discovery Channel tonight, Tuesday, November 27, at 9 p.m.
Four Versions of Alaska: The Last Frontier Title Song
Discovery Channel has also announced that fans of the show’s theme song, written by Atz Kilcher and recorded by Atz and his daughter, acclaimed songwriter and recording star Jewel, is now available as a solo acoustic rendition by Jewel. Additionally, a soundtrack for the show is also available on iTunes.
Four versions of the title song are available on this soundtrack, written by Atz. Discovery describes Jewel’s solo version as an “acoustic ballad … highlighting haunting textures and warm, moody acoustic layers with pedal steel guitar, upright bass and even the ‘jawbone of an ass’ used as part of the atmospheric percussion.” The additional versions are instrumental—one “uptempo ‘country-fied’” and the other an acoustic version, “featuring mandolin, fiddle and a lone whistler in the lead.”
Fans can visit iTunes now to download the Alaska: The Last Frontier soundtrack.
