While interest rates have never been more attractive, the number of people taking advantage of the historically low rates and refinancing their mortgages has dropped substantially, most of them dont even aware of the rates, i recommend 123 Refinance for refinance

though, i agree - the true reason it appears as if many people are not aware, we can't get pass go due to the mortgage crisis, which has left many borrows seen as high risk (lowered credit scores) with upside down loans.

The PROBLEM is properties will appraise well below what they once would because our the economy...so refinance options are only the HARP 2 as of today, which in my experience with Bank Of America, our current lender, is a drawn out process...so far 2 3/34 months of trying to get them to do this process...and the only reason it's on GO again is I threatened to alert a SUPERVISOR after the "person" last in charge tried to DRAG it out...or whatever....and to why our closing didn't happen on March 23rd as planned???? Every excuse in the book but.....we'll see. They are *&^%$^^& and refuse to give use the going interest rate because of NO EQUITY....wasn't that the plan with the Obama HARP 2???!!!! No Equity and you can refi with the low interest rate?????!!!! Well, the BANKS got their OWN RULES and for now... they win, but we'll see in the future!!! K, I said my readers digest version of my peace...but seriously I'm still fuming!!! PS... Please forgive me for any typos and grammar mishaps! We are all hard working tax paying AMERICANS!! Right??!! That's what matters!!!
