Every week fans watch HGTV "Property Brothers" to see the fruits of their labor. These hard-working and handsome twin brothers work hard to find the right houses to transform into beautiful homes for their clients. Even dedicated workers such as Jonathan and Drew Scott need a vacation. They decided to take time off and to California for a few fun and charitable stops.
HGTV “Property Brothers Go To L.A.
While the show is not in California, the two hosts of HGTV “Property Brothers” decided to visit Los Angeles for a relaxing getaway. These attractive twin brothers are taking some time out to enjoy The Magic Castle and other attractions in California. These cool guys still hang out together even when they aren't shooting HGTV “Property Brothers.” It certainly shows how close they really are. Drew Scott, also a talented actor, said about his family, “We are very close. And very supportive of each other. This industry can be very trying on relationships, friends and family. Choosing this career and traveling this path would have been a lot harder if I didn't have such great support from them.”
It makes sense Jonathan would look forward to going to The Magic Castle in Hollywood. Jonathan Silver Scott is also an award-winning magician and member of the International Brotherhood of Magicians for two decades. The Magic Castle is the showplace for some of the greatest magicians from around the world. It is also a beautiful building originally built in 1908. The storied mansion maintains its original charm as it watches Hollywood evolve over the decades.
The brothers also went an an amazing roller coaster ride and shared photos on Twitter. Jonathan said they even went on the X2 and it was the best coaster of all. Besides spending family time, these two are also adventurous. The X2 is a steel roller coaster at Six Flags Magic Mountain in Valencia, California. It is the first 4th Dimension roller coaster in the world. Jonathan tweeted, “Oh yeah...we did it and it was awesome!”
Besides being magic men and adventurers, this dynamic duo also took in a great show. They went to see Cirque du Soleil, which currently has 21 productions worldwide. Jonathan's favorite part was the “cool Noir act.” His fave characters were John Gilkey and Alice Dufour but he thought everybody was talented.
Drew and Jonathan are about more than good times. They are also being charitable while they are in L.A. Today the brothers asked fans to join them at 4 p.m. to support 46 Mommas of kids with cancer who were shaving to raise awareness for St. Baldricks. It is the third year 46 Mommas Shave For The Brave has joined forces with St. Baldrick's Foundation. They are raising awareness and money as well as being advocates for their children who have all battled cancer.
The 46 Mommas include women from across the country with various beliefs, backgrounds and lifestyles. The one thing they have in common is childhood cancer. They took on their name in 2010 with a fund raising goal of $1 million for St. Baldrick's Foundation. Each year, a new class of Mommas is inducted into the cause. By shaving their heads, they strive to raise awareness and raise funds. Today Drew and Jonathan were present in Hollywood to support this important cause.

HGTV “Property Brothers” Drew and Jonathan need to find her a fixer-upper to renovate so it becomes her own. At the last moment, she throws a few curve balls at the brothers. She has vintage purchases and last-minute requests for them to work out. But Olivia is depending on Drew and Jonathan to transform the fixer-upper into the ideal home for her. No matter how tall the order is, the HGTV “Property Brothers” are ready to handle it. Viewers can't wait to see how they make this one happen.
