Today on ABC's The Chew Extra Value Friday episode the crew spent time with a celebrity trainer creating tasty dietary cuisine and helped fans find the right swimsuit for warm summer days ahead.

Swimsuit season is right around the corner and many fans of ABC's "The Chew" are dreading it. Today was Extra Value Friday and the crew worked with Jillian Michaels of "The Biggest Loser" to make tasty, low-calorie cuisine. Clinton Kelly, the fashion expert, show fans how to fit into swimsuits that flatter their type of figures. One of the co-hosts offered to slip into a swimsuit to show viewers how it is done.

Dishing About Bodies on ABC's "The Chew"

The show opened up with the crew dishing about various body issues. Clinton revealed 60 percent of "The Chew" viewers were dreading swimsuit season. Whether people are slim or heavy, most seem to have body issues that make them feel self-conscious. Clinton made a business out of helping women identify with their bodies and find the right ways to dress so they feel good. But swimsuits are revealing which makes women feel anxious. Slender Carla Hall, a former model, admitted she also dreads swimsuit season. She said she has pointy joints and knobby knees that make her want to stay in her cover-up. Clinton promised to share some great ideas for swimsuit season.

The crew also dished about Justin Bieber revealing his bare upper body and underwear on Twitter. Michael Symon is just waiting for the star to fall. Mario felt it was a natural pose to be in since Biebs was in his dressing room and clearly wanted to impress the ladies, much like most teen guys. Carla Hall mentioned her 17-year-old stepson and said he is very into his body right now so Bieber was normal for his age. At least Justin Bieber seems to be proud of his body, a feeling a lot of people don't have about their own bodies.

Jillian Michaels on ABC's "The Chew"

Known as the tough physical trainer on "The Biggest Loser," Jillian Michaels made a surprise visit to ABC's "The Chew." Michael and Clinton were trying to do push-ups when Jillian came out and barked, "You call them push-ups?!" They dished about the importance of fitness and showed a photo of Jillian with her two children. They also prepared a delicious roast chicken with squash spaghetti. This low-calorie feast is nutritious with plenty of flavor. In middle school Jillian was heavy but now she has a great body and helps other people achieve their fitness goals. One Facebok fan commented, "Jillian Michaels is pretty down to earth. So nice to see her on The Chew and outside the Big Loser. She has an infectious smile that makes you want to smile. Keep doing what you in helping other... one pound at a time!"

The crew also prepared a few more tasty choices on the budget. Clinton made crispy baked chicken thighs, which are certainly a low-budget and yummy choice. Daphne Oz made a light sausage lasagna while Mario prepared spicy sausage lasagna with pesto. Which one of these lasagna dishes was your favorite?

Swimsuit Modeling on ABC's "The Chew"

Last year Clinton worked with men to get them out of Speedos and into more attractive swimsuits for their body types. Today Clinton did his magic with a group of ladies. His suggestions helped viewers learn how to select the right swimsuit so they feel comfortable at the beach or by the swimming pool. Carla was hesitant to remove her cover-up but revealed she has a fantastic figure at 49 years old. It certainly gives viewers hope they can work hard at their fitness routines and look fit, too. Either way, there is a swimsuit designed for how your body looks today. Are you ready for swimsuit season?
