Lil Wayne “Green and Yellow” shows his support of the Green Bay Packers in the Super Bowl in response to Wiz Khalifa's “Black and Yellow” for the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Rapper Lil Wayne is out of jail, ready to go on tour and showing the love for his long-time fave team, the Green Bay Packers, with his rap song “Green and Yellow (Freestyle).”

The Baltimore Sun reports even though Weezy is from New Orleans, he is a Packers fans because of his favorite football player, former Packer Brett Favre.

Lil Wayne raps, “We yellin' 'GO PACK GO,” to show his favoritism for the Green Bay Packers after Pittsburgh native Wiz Khalifa released “Black and Yellow.” The anthem is said to have helped push the Steelers to within a game of the big NFL championship.

Lil Wayne felt differently and had to offer his own fuel for his chosen team, the Green Bay Packers as they face the Steelers on Super Bowl Sunday this weekend. His take on Wiz's track celebrates the team uniform colors of the Packers.

MTV quotes Weezy's raps, “Got a call from my homey, this just in. The Packers in the Super Bowl and they better win/They call him Big Ben, but he weak, through/We in Dallas, but we Lambeau Leap, ho/Long hair, don't care, Clay Matthews/We sh—in' on these fools, no bathroom/Yeah, got a pocket full of big faces/Throw it up, touchdown on Ike Taylor.”

Lil Wayne also recounts the Packers' path to the Super Bowl through his track released on Thursday. He remembers when the Packers won against the Philadelphia Eagles led by Michael Vick and the Atlanta Falcons. He raps regarding the Steelers, “Steel Curtain? What is that, velvet?”

Wiz Khalifa has Steelers support from other major rappers including Snoop Dogg and Diddy. In 2009, Diddy said to MTV News, “I've been a Steelers fan since Mean Joe Greene gave the little boy the jersey.”

Wiz Khalifa is a die-hard Steelers fan from Pittsburgh. His song, “Black and Yellow” leaked in time for kickoff in Sptember. Now hip hop and football fans are bantering about which team and which song is better.
After the Super Bowl, Lil Wayne fans will be getting ready for his “I Am Music II” tour for 2011. Weezy's tour starts in Buffalo, NY on March 18 and ends in East Rutherford, New Jersey on May 1.
