Tickets are now on sale for one of the most prestigious art and wine events on the Calgary social calendar! Occurring on select evenings throughout a 2-week period, the 10th annual Cork & Canvas International Festival is the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra's largest fundraising event.

On March 5, 2007, the festival will kick off with Wines of the World Specialty Tasting at Willow Park Wines & Spirits. Art and Wine connoisseurs will enjoy a sampling of fine wines and hors d'oeuvres while bidding on select pieces of art chosen specifically for this evenings festivities. Tickets: $65
On March 12, 2007, Hotel Arts will host the International Art & Wine Auction. Fine wine and exquisite works of art by acclaimed artists will generate an exciting bidding atmosphere during both live and silent auctions. This cocktail-style evening includes complimentary wine and hors d'oeuvres. Tickets: $50
The finale occurs March 15, 2007 with the Artists of the World Gala. This elegant evening of fine dining, created by one of Calgary's leading chefs, will feature wine pairings of unparalled excellence designed to complement an extraordinary five course meal. Guests will start with a champagne reception, dance to the music of Calgary's best Latino and Jazz bands and bid on wonderful works of art, wine and other one-of-a-kind auction items. Tickets: $225
