
Uzbek authorities say they have registered violations in the activities of a U.S. nongovernmental organization.
The Justice Ministry says it has given 30 days to World Vision International to settle the issue. It says the Christian group held events without coordinating with the Justice Ministry and failed to provide information about its spending.
Tashkent has forced a number of Western-funded organizations to stop operating in the country in the past months.
