Deccan Aviation Spins Its Business Off

The media had reports on February 10, 2007 that Deccan Aviation Limited plans to spin off its helicopter business into a seperate company.

The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the officials of the company.

Deccan Aviation Limited. has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "The proposal relating to the Helicopter Charter Services of the Company is yet under consideration of Board of Directors of the Company.
