Thunder Sword Acquires Additional Uranium Claims

Thunder Sword Resources Inc. is pleased to announce that it has been successful in acquiring an additional 6500 hectares offsetting its existing 12,290 hectare Dufferin East project, bringing the total acreage on the Dufferin East prospect to 18,790 ha. The Dufferin East project is immediately adjacent to and offsets Cameco et al's Virgin River Uranium Project.

As recently announced, results of drilling on Cameco's adjacent ground has resulted in the new discovery of the Centennial Zone, where they intersected 18.3% U308 over 5.3 metres in drill hole VR-22W2 and 6.72% U308 over 5.2 metres in drill hole VR-024. This recent drilling by Formation Capital/Cameco represents the most significant results encountered along the Dufferin/Virgin River Trend.

Under the proposed joint venture agreement with Tribune Resources Corp. (Tribune) and 101073531 Saskatchewan Co. announced earlier last week, Tribune will have the right under its Area of Mutual Interest (AMI) to acquire up to a 51% interest in the newly acquired Dufferin East acreage in accordance with the terms of the proposed joint venture, and in consideration of paying the associated staking cost and all applicable assessment costs on the new claims up to the vesting of its full 51% interest.

Management is excited by the acquisition of the new acreage in that under the terms of the AMI with Tribune and Sask Co., Thunder Sword will, upon the fulfillment of Tribune's joint venture obligations, be vested with a 25% interest in the newly acquired 6500 ha on the highly prospective Dufferin Eastn prospect, for no additional consideration.

Update Botham Lake Prospect:

Patterson Geophysics has advised the Company that crews have now been mobilized on its Botham Lake Prospect and that work towards the detailed ground geophysics on the four proposed grid areas has begun. Information on the results of the program will be announced once the same has been completed.

Update on Dufferin West Prospect:

As earlier announced, the Company is initiating ground geophysics on its DW1 grid. This work will test a conductor that is coincident with the eastern boundary of the Virgin River Shear Zone and appears to be crosscut by a second structure shown by a weak magnetic high. The Company was advised by Patterson Geophysics that this same structure also crosses the Dufferin Fault and may be related to Cameco's present area of drilling.
