The Bachelor Brad and Emily split, keep up appearance for ABC contract

The Bachelor Brad Womack and Emily Maynard have split for good but to keep show-contract obligations.

“The Bachelor” 2011 season ended up with a match made in heaven, or at least this is what viewers were made to believe. Emily went to Austin and tried it out with Brad for a short while. “The Bachelor” couple just did not work out, there were too many differences to work around and the two decided parting ways was the way to go.

According to OK Magazine, the couple is finished for good. The two being together is just an act to go along with the terms of the contract that they signed with ABC. The two need to appear as if they are still a couple for an undisclosed amount of time to fulfill the terms of this contract, according to Celeb TV’s sources.

Brad and Emily appeared together on the “After the Bachelor” show, but all the signs were all there that they were not really together. The two had already split up once before, but got back together again, they reported. Emily had a bit of an attitude about her on that show and Brad was acting too humble. Even the kissing appeared very strained.

Emily said that she had the hardest time watching Brad with the other women on “The Bachelor” when it aired. The filming of “The Bachelor” ended months ago, before anyone got to see it. Emily saw it for the first time along with the rest of the nation.

When Emily finally got the chance to see how Brad acted when on the dates with the other women, she was mortified. She couldn’t believe that he said all the same things to Chantal and Ashley that he had said to her, most likely setting the wheels of the break up in motion.

Emily acted as a sweet and naïve woman on “The Bachelor.” Once she got that ring on her finger and came out on the stage on the “After the Bachelor” show, she changed. She was very entitled acting and quite frankly, appeared as somewhat of a snob. Brad Womack acted as if he were tied around her little finger. He kowtowed to her and hung on every word she said.

Even though Emily is still sporting that gorgeous diamond that Brad picked out for her, it is only for appearances. The ring will be a thing of the past once the terms of the contract are finished.

Chantal would have been a better match for Brad, she was happy-go-lucky and Brad said she brought excitement into his every day life while on “The Bachelor.” She was heart broken and it still showed even months later on the “After the Bachelor” show. Brad missed the mark big time with this one.
