The synTelate application is highly configurable, adding significant levels of value and functionality to a contact centre when used alongside Avaya Proactive Contact technology. synTelate helps businesses ensure professional and profitable interactions with their customers by providing agents with all the relevant information they need to complete a call. The application now is compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya Proactive Contact 3.0, a solution that allows agents to reach more customers more quickly and more profitably through automated outbound communications.

As a member of the program, synTelate Corp is eligible to submit products for compatibility testing by the Avaya Solution Interoperability and Test Lab in Guildford, U.K. There a team of Avaya engineers develops a comprehensive test plan for each application to verify whether it is Avaya compliant. Doing so ensures businesses can confidently add best-in-class capabilities to their network without having to replace their existing infrastructure - speeding deployment of new applications and reducing both network complexity and implementation costs.
