Dayton Philharmonic To Perform A Free Concert

On Sunday, March 4 at 2 pm, as part of the National City-sponsored outreach concerts the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra Principal String Quartet will perform a free, all-Italian concert in the Zorniger Education Center at the Cox Arboretum and Gardens Metro Park.

Sponsored by National City Bank, the program includes a Boccherini Quartet, the Verdi Quartet, Puccini's Chrysanthemums, and a Respighi quartet.

The DPO Principal String Quartet consists of Associate Concertmaster Aurelian Oprea, Principal Second Violin Kirstin Greenlaw, Principal Cellist Andra Lunde Padrichelli, and Principal Violist Sheridan Kamberger Currie.

Cox Arboretum and Gardens Metro Park is located at 6733 Springboro Pike just north of the Dayton Mall. Space is limited to 150 people. For reservations, please call 937-434-9005.
