Quotation of O2TV ordinary shares (RTS Board ticker – odtv) are resumed on RTS Board, due to the information on the state registration of the report on the result of the issue (state registration number 1-02-12479-А as of August 07th, 2008).
The share issue was placed through conversion after share split. The new number of O2TV ordinary shares – 100 000 000 shares, with par value of 0,001 RUR.
RTS Board is the system of indicative quotation of securities not admitted to trading on RTS "Russian Trading System" Stock Exchange.
At the moment 1703 securities of 1281 companies are included in RTS Board. -- www.rts.ru
