Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (TSE) made an announcement today regarding calculation of TOPIX and its sub-indices concerning the following shares to be de-listed on September 25, 2008 and shares to be listed on October 1, 2008 due to stock-swap.
1. Exclusion
The following shares to be de-listed due to stock-swap will be excluded from TOPIX and its sub-indices after the close of trading on September 30, 2008. For index calculation purposes, the market capitalization of the following issues will remain unchanged from the close of September 24, 2008 (the last trading date) to September 30, 2008 in the TOPIX and its sub-indices.

2. Inclusion
The following shares will be included in TOPIX and TOPIX sub-indices after the close of trading on September 30, 2008.

The number of shares of Temp Holdings Co., Ltd. (2181) used for calculating indices upon inclusion on October 1, 2008 shall be 61,640,500, which corresponds to the number of shares to be allocated to shareholders of Temp staff Co., Ltd.
