MacroMarkets Transfers UOY, DOY To NYSE

This move is the result of the proposed acquisition of the Amex by NYSE Arca and will take place after the close of the acquisition. The proposed acquisition remains subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions including the approval of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The AMEX and NYSE Euronext expect the transaction to close in the third quarter of this year.

Specific dates for the transfer of UOY and DOY will be provided in advance of the change.

UOY and DOY are patented securities designed to transfer assets between the Up and Down trusts as their NYMEX light sweet crude oil benchmark price moves.
