
FTSE Group, the global index provider, and Euronext, a subsidiary of NYSE Euronext, today announce the results of the FTSEurofirst Index Series annual review.
The FTSEurofirst Series is a key feature of the pan European investment landscape. All changes announced today will take effect after the close of business on Friday, 19th September 2008.
The FTSE Europe, Middle East and Africa Committee has approved the following additions and deletions to the FTSEurofirst 80 Index (which covers Eurozone stocks) and the FTSEurofirst 100 Index (which covers Eurozone and UK stocks).

Deletions:

FTSEurofirst 100 Index Additions:

Ahold (Netherlands)
Deletions:
Suez Environnement (France)
