Burntsand, Inc. (Burntsand) (TSX: BRT), a leading North American provider of Integrated Information Management Solutions, today announced the signing of a contract for Microsoft Exchange and related messaging support services with a major health care client in Canada.
The initial twelve month term of the contract expires March 31, 2009 and is valued at approximately $439,000. Burntsand has provided the customer with an option to extend the term for an additional three year period which would increase the contract value to $1.8 million.
This new contract is in addition to a $2.4 million three year contract for custom integration, infrastructure and ongoing support of a portal signed with the same customer in September 2006.
