Adamus Resources Limited (ASX & TSX-V:ADU) has raised additional funding for exploration and development at its Southern Ashanti Gold Project in Ghana, West Africa and for general working capital.
The funds have been raised through the private placement of 6.8 million shares at a price of A$0.30 per share, to institutional and sophisticated investors outside of Canada and the United States.
Completion of the placement is subject to regulatory approval, including approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. The placement shares will be issued pursuant to applicable prospectus exemptions. -- www.cnxmarketlink.com
