Sara can currently be seen as nasty Nancy Darch in Thomas Hardy’s famous tale of toil and heartbreak now showing on BBC1 on Sunday nights at 9pm. Nancy first meets the heroine Tess when she goes to work at the d'Urberville estate and along with her spiteful sister Car is less than kind to poor Tess. Future episodes of the celebrated costume drama will see Nancy and Tess meet up again as the dramatic storyline unfolds.
