The above-mentioned shares the related indices will be calculated based on the Belon shares' closing price, 2008 multiplied by a special adjusting coefficient allowing to take into account the market movement. The adjusting coefficient is calculated according the formula described in Articles 12.1 and 11.1 of the Methodologies for calculation of the RTS-2 Index and RTSI-Metals & Mining respectively.
Effective November 14th, 2008 the price of ordinary shares of PJSC Belon in the indices will be reduced by 100 times and their quantity will be increased by 100 times to reach 1,150,000,000.
Starting from resumption of trading on RTS the price for PJSC Belon ordinary shares in the RTS indices will be determined according the regular procedure on the basis of the price formation during trading.
* Adjusting coefficient L for the PJSC Belon shares (BLNG) used for calculating the RTS-2 Index is calculated as a change of the capitalization of the following issuers whose securities are included into the RTS-2 Index: Ashinskiy metallurgical works (AMEZ), JSC "СhTRP" (CHEP), JSC "CZP" (CHZN), JSC "Polymetal" (PMTL), OAO Raspadskaya (RASP) and "VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation" (VSMO).
Adjusting coefficient L for the PJSC Belon shares (BLNG) used for calculating the RTS Index – Metals & Mining is calculated as a change of the capitalization of all the issuers except for PJSC "Belon" whose shares constitute the RTS Index – Metals & Mining. -- www.rts.ru
