Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (TSE) made an announcement today regarding calculation of TOPIX and its sub-indices concerning the following shares to be de-listed on November 25, 2008 and shares to be listed on December 1, 2008 due to stock-swap.
1. Exclusion
The following shares to be de-listed due to stock-swap will be excluded from TOPIX and its sub-indices after the close of trading on November 25, 2008. For index calculation purposes, the market capitalization of the following issues will remain unchanged from the close of November 21, 2008 (the last trading date) to November 28, 2008 in the TOPIX and its sub-indices.

2. Inclusion
The following shares will be included in TOPIX and TOPIX sub-indices after the close of trading on November 28, 2008.
YAMABIKO CORPORATION - 6250 - TOPIX - Machinery - Machinery - Small - TOPIX Small
The number of shares of YAMABIKO CORPORATION (6250) used for calculating indices upon inclusion on December 1, 2008 shall be 8,492,224 which corresponds to the number of shares to be allocated to shareholders of KIORITZ CORPORATION (6313) due to the stock-swap.
