Give the gift of luxury this holiday season with an Ultimate Luxury Package from the Cleveland Museum of Art (CMA).
Valued at $10,000, this package includes a private tour of Artistic Luxury: Faberge Tiffany Lalique with CMA’s Curator of Decorative Arts & Design, Stephen Harrison, and two tickets to the once-in-a-lifetime exhibition, a two-night stay in the Ritz-Carlton’s presidential suite in downtown Cleveland, fine dining for two nights, relaxing spa treatments at John Roberts Spa, limo service and lavish gifts from Faberge, Tiffany and Lalique.
Artistic Luxury is the first comparative study of the artistry of the three most prominent designers of jewelry and luxury goods at the end of the Gilded Age: Peter Carl Faberge, Louis Comfort Tiffany, and Rene Lalique. On view through January 18, 2009, many of the objects in the exhibition come from private collections and have rarely been seen by public.
The two-night stay in the club level presidential suite at the Ritz Carlton includes breakfast daily, a rose petal turn down and champagne and strawberries upon arrival. Waiting in the room will be gifts from Faberge, Tiffany and Lalique including a pair of Faberge’s Lily of the Valley picture frames, Tiffany solitaire diamond earrings and sterling silver cuff links, and a Lalique vase. The first evening includes fine dining with a menu of contemporary American cuisine at Muse at the Ritz Carlton. Enjoy elegant Italian dining the second evening at Bice Ristorante, located inside Tower City Center.
The Ultimate Luxury Package also includes rest and relaxation, with a full spa treatment for two at John Roberts Spa. The treatment includes a hair cut and style, 90-minute ultimate facial, minute myofascial release massage, manicure, pedicure and make-up application. -- www.clevelandart.org
