
Join Principal Pops Conductor Bob Bernhardt as he leads the Louisville Orchestra on a musical journey through the Academy Awards.
On Thursday, January 8 at 6:30pm at the Brown Theatre and Saturday, January 10 at 7:30pm at the Ogle Center at Indiana University Southeast, the Louisville Orchestra will present a tribute to the most famous golden statue.
A Tribute to Oscar tickets for the concert on Thursday, January 8 at the Brown Theatre are $20 - $26.
A Tribute to Oscar® will include award-winning favorites like selections from James Horner’s Titanic and Howard Shore’s The Lord of the Rings.
Soprano Angelique Clay will accompany the Orchestra vocally with some showstoppers like “When You Wish Upon a Star” from Pinocchio and Harold Arlen’s “Over the Rainbow” from The Wizard of Oz. -- www.louisvilleorchestra.org
