After the success of 2008's CSOle!, the Canberra Symphony Orchestra partners with the Embassy of the Czech Republic to commemorate the Czech Republic's Presidency of the European Union for 2009.
The extraordinary passion and warmth of the Czech people, their beautiful landscape and rich cultural heritage have given us some of the most beloved orchestral music including Dvorak's Slavonic Dances and Czech Suite and the amazing symphonic poems from Smetana's vivid images of his homeland.
An iconic outdoor concert for Canberrans of all ages, the Canberra Symphony Orchestra Prom Concert is a perfect family event.
