The amazing performers from Variety Live at the Grand are offering top tips on comedy, magic, clowning and street theatre in the Variety Live Workshop on Friday 20th February in the Lawrence House Studio at Blackpool’s Grand Theatre from 1pm to 3pm.
Variety Live at the Grand is at Blackpool’s Grand from Thursday 19th to Sunday 21st February and features several sensational speciality acts brought to you directly from Las Vegas as part of the vibrant Showzam! 09 festival in the resort.
The world class line-up includes Jeff Hobson and his unique brand of comedy laced with a touch of magic; Wolfgang from the Cirque du Soleil with amazing artistry and athleticism on the German Wheel; the incredible Mazeppa Cossacks from the Ukraine; the endearing physical comedy of Rob Torres; the international award-winning Vaudevillian Charlie Frye & Co; new singing star Ben Stone and the 'man with the fastest hands on earth' and one of the greatest entertainers currently appearing in Las Vegas - Wally Eastwood.
Music comes from the superb Variety Live Orchestra under the direction of Musical Director, Ian MacGregor.
