'Write Me A Murder' Slips Into Blackpool Theatre

Frederick Knott’s fascinating Write Me a Murder slips into Blackpool’s Grand Theatre from Monday 8th June to Saturday 13th June with an all-star cast led by Leslie Grantham (EastEnders iconic Dirty Den) Christopher Villiers (Grayson Sinclair in Emmerdale), Paul Opacic (Mark Waddle in ITV1’s hit prison drama Bad Girls) and Helen Weir (Emmerdale’s Pat Sugden).

Brothers Clive and David Rodingham inherit the family fortune upon the death of their father. They then meet business man Charles and his wife Julie - a would-be thriller writer. Charles is anxious to work with the brothers on property deals and so encourages David, who is also a writer, to co-author a murder story with Julie. It isn’t long before the two concoct the perfect crime, which is soon twisted into a reality…
